Manual Socket Length Control






1. Pipe held manually against stopper.
2. On completion of cycle, pipe is manually withdrawn

1.PS1 is sensed when pipe is put on
conveyor
2. Pipe is gripped and geared brake
motor moves it into die ring

3. PS2 is sensed
4. socket length encoder counts starts
5. When actual count equals set count,
brake motor stops conveyor
6. Forming cycle is completed
7. Conveyor brings pipe back upto

PS1 - motor stops
8. Pipe is tilted in the collecting bin
